What do I receive with my paid subscription?
Get.factual subscribers receive access to our full catalogue of award-winning documentaries and series, with new content added every month.
What is Cleeng?
Cleeng is our payment provider. Cleeng also provides customer support for any issues related to billing. To contact Cleeng regarding billing issues, please refer to the Customer Service section below.
When will I get billed after my free trial?
Your paid monthly subscription begins on the day after your seven-day free trial ends, and you will be billed on that day. You will then be billed for the next month of service 30 days from the day your subscription begins, and so on for subsequent months.
How do I cancel my subscription?
A subscription purchased on the web may be cancelled at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in your account, which is accessible via the icon in the top right corner of the website. If you subscribed on our mobile apps via in-app purchase, your subscription is managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account, and can only be cancelled there. Cancellation will become effective at the end of your current subscription period.
Can I pause my subscription?
We do not offer a pause function on subscription. You can unsubscribe and re-subscribe at any time.
Compatible Platforms and Devices
Can I watch Get.factual on my TV?
You can stream from our mobile apps directly to your TV via any connected device which supports Chromecast (iOS and Android apps) or AirPlay (iOS app only). We hope to launch dedicated apps for other connected devices and smart TVs in the future.
What devices are compatible with the Get.factual app?
The most up-to-date information regarding mobile OS compatibility can be found here. Supported browsers for the Get.factual website are listed here. The support is regularly validated for the latest version of these common browsers: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
How many devices can I use on one account?
There is a two device limit per account for simultaneous viewing.
Streaming and Content
What kind of content can I expect to see on Get.factual?
Get.factual is a documentary streaming service. You can expect to see factual series, miniseries, and documentary films covering many topics including history, biography, nature, wildlife, culture, science, and technology.

Can I download movies and episodes for offline viewing?
We do not offer a download option at this time. We hope to offer this feature in the future.
Does Get.factual show ads?
Get.factual does not show ads.
International Availability and Language Settings
In what countries is Get.factual available?
Get.factual is available in the United Kingdom. We hope to launch our service in additional countries in the near future.
Will content be available in additional languages?
Get.factual is currently only available in English. As we launch our service in additional countries, other language versions may become available.
Are subtitles available for English language content?
On nearly all of our content you should have the option to turn on English closed captions on the bottom right of your screen. We hope to add subtitles for additional languages in the future.
